Refund Policy

At Action Relief International Inc., we greatly appreciate your generosity and support. If you need to request a refund for your donation, we are happy to assist you. Refunds are available within 21 days of the donation date.

To initiate a refund request, please contact us at contact@actionrelief.org. Provide your donation details, including the date and amount of the donation, as well as the reason for the refund request. We will process your request as soon as possible.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

1. Check Your Bank Account Again: Ensure that the refund has not been posted.
2. Contact Your Credit Card Company: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact Your Bank: There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
